A Blitz Christmas
To commemorate the 75th anniversary of the Sheffield Blitz, we’ll be stepping back in time to 12 December 1940, to discover what life was like on the Home Front for ordinary people in wartime Sheffield. This family-friendly event will take you back to Christmas 1940, with costumed re-enactors, vehicles, live music and hands-on activities for adults and children alike. Sing! Project Concert
Sheffield Cathedral’s Sing! Project brings together local primary schools (Lowfield, Ballifield, Rainbow Forge, Emmaus, Woodseats, Oasis Fir Vale and Norton Free) to sing in the season with a set of fantastic seasonal songs. The 200 strong choirs will be accompanied by a live band of professional musicians, and there will be a very special guest performing a Christmas classic on the mighty Cathedral organ! This event is ticketed but tickets are free and available on request from sing@sheffield-cathedral.org.uk.

Sheffield Cathedral and The Star present Dronfield Musical Theatre Group’s production of ‘Blitzed’ by Alan Powell.
