Get in the carnival mood with our FREE Mardi Gras (also called Shrove Tuesday) half-term workshop. We’ll be making carnival masks, crowns and mardi gras beads, and learning about the ancient traditions linked to the final day before the start of Lent. You will also have a chance to practice your pancake-tossing skills!  

All ages are welcome and children must be accompanied by adult. Craft activities are suitable for over 3s.

This is a free event that does not require booking.  Just drop in during the morning.
