Following the Government’s press conference on 16 March 2020 at 5.15pm Sheffield Cathedral took the difficult decision to close the Observatory event.
We thank the many people who have given us messages of support and encouragement at this difficult time. We thank all of our volunteers who freely give of their time to the Cathedral.
As a charitable organisation we rely on events such as these and the proceeds from the Observatory event to support the work of the Cathedral and its community in all of its aspects.
Whilst ticket holders are all entitled to a refund for cancelled performances the financial toll of refunding these tickets will impact the Cathedral and those whom we support. If you feel able to donate the cost of your ticket, we would be grateful for your support.
For refunds please email arts@sheffield-cathedral.org.uk along with your booking reference number.
