Sheffield Oratorio Chorus: Bach - St John Passion

Bach’s music and the words of St John’s Gospel take us on a dramatic journey that follows the arrest, trial and crucifixion of Christ.

Sheffield Oratorio Chorus has been at the forefront of classical mixed-voice choral singing in South Yorkshire since 1948.

The choir has performed with world-class soloists including Katerina Karnéus, Elizabeth Watts and Julian van Maelerts, as well as some of the top orchestral ensembles in the North of England including the Manchester Camerata, Northern Chamber Orchestra and Skipton Camerata.

This is set to be an exceptional concert with:
