We welcome all to a special service of thanksgiving to celebrate the coronation of King Charles III.

Civic and religious leaders from across South Yorkshire will come together with members of the public to celebrate this momentous occasion at a special service of thanksgiving in Sheffield Cathedral.

The Bishop of Sheffield will preach, and the choir, with orchestral accompaniment, will perform music chosen with royal connections. Following the service there will be a cupcake and bubbles reception.

The coronation of King Charles III and Queen Camilla will take place in Westminster Abbey on Saturday 6 May, which will be live streamed inside the Cathedral.
