Christopher Black, Assistant Organist at Chesterfield Parish Church, is giving the next recital as part of our new organ recital series. Admission is free, with a voluntary donation to support the Cathedral’s music programme.

About the Performer

Christopher Black is the Assistant Organist at Chesterfield Parish Church. He has performed as a recitalist in both the UK and France and has studied with James O’Donnell and Johann Vexo among others. He has also previously held posts at Wakefield Cathedral as well as both St Andrew’s Cathedral and St Mary’s Pro-Cathedral in Aberdeen.
