A Miners’ Musical Celebration featuring Cwmdare and Pelenna Valley Male Voice Choirs with Dodworth Colliery Band.

This moving and memorable evening will celebrate the rich musical history of miners across South Wales and South Yorkshire.

Sounds of the Earth showcases the Male Voice tradition from the valleys of South Wales along with the timeless sound of brass from the towns and villages of Yorkshire. With pieces by by each group independently, as well as some performed together, this evening will raise funds for miners’ causes as well as the homeless of Sheffield.
