Labyrinths have been used in traditions across the world for meditation and contemplation.

During Festival of the Mind, go on your own meditative journey by wandering through the labyrinth outside the Cathedral.

There will also be labyrinths in Weston Park and St Mary’s Church.

This initiative comes from Dr Chris Blackmore, a University of Sheffield researcher and teacher in mental health. He has interests in personal narratives, creative expression and new technologies for mental health and wellbeing.
