Sheffield Cathedral is looking to appoint a Canon Chancellor.
This is a new role and the successful candidate will play a key part in leading our adult education, Championing our heritage and visitor experience, and supporting our development and fundraising strategy alongside a creative and joyful team of clergy, staff and volunteers
We are seeking a priest who will:
Bring the Cathedral’s heritage to life and place it in the wider context of the history of Sheffield.
Engage creatively with a diverse and ever-changing city centre environment, enhancing the welcome and experience of visitors to the Cathedral and supporting the work of fundraising at a crucial moment in our development.
Develop our adult education offering and make connections with the many artistic and musical events held at the Cathedral.
