Matters Arising and Review of Action Log
The action log was reviewed in detail.
Finance
The bulk of the Chapter meeting was given over to the Finance Manager and the Cathedral Treasurer providing Chapter with a detailed report of the audited, year end accounts. Sarah Hardy was thanked by Chapter for all the work she has done on these accounts. The audit review was discussed in detail with Chapter and it was noted that some changes to the Budget for 2024 were now needed and would be actioned.
Safeguarding Report
Dean Abi confirmed that the Cathedral Safeguarding Committee meetings continue to take place and that minutes from these will be shared with Chapter.
